Standard Home Inspection

A thorough, unbiased visual inspection of readily accessible systems and components is performed, noting any deficiencies and safety issues that were observed. Typically the inspection will take about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs for the average home depending on weather and home condition. After the inspection Ken will discuss any findings and inform you about the condition of the home's various systems and components and what you can expect as far as ongoing maintenance as well as answer all questions you may have. If you cannot be present for the inspection Ken will answer your questions and discuss findings over the phone.

A clear and concise electronic written report is emailed to you typically the same evening. Ken will be available to discuss the report if you have any questions or concerns.
